Shipping policy

UK Mainland delivery only

Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail, or a courier service if it is a large order. 

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, but not on Sundays or bank holidays. 

Postage costs: 

Royal Mail 1st Class	£4.99
Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class	£3.99

 

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 24 hours during the working week. We hope to get your exciting delivery to you as soon as possible but we cannot accept liability for a delayed delivery time. 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when submitting your order, as we cannot be responsible for any items not received due to incorrect details provided.  

Services

If you wish to send your gift directly to the recipient - no problem, just put a note at checkout or alternatively send me an email on the address below. I can also send a card on your behalf, simply choose a card and checkout in the normal way and let me know your message.
